Electrical Trainee, EcoPark

1. Work alongside an experienced E & I Fitter to provide an efficient breakdown repair service. Support the diagnosis of running faults and ensuring effective repairs and improvements are conducted within minimum time scale. 2. Carry out installation work, (under supervision, where necessary) to required standards. 3. Help with routine inspection and planned preventative maintenance work, in order to ensure equipment is consistently in good condition. 4. Liaise with the E & I supervisor to ensure that all statutory obligations are continuously met. 5. To attend specialist training courses, as required 6. To maintain a comprehensive NVQ training programme, incorporating appropriate evidence and maintaining an up to date record of assessments. 7. To attend regular review meetings with the appointed NVQ Assessor and / or Verifier

Head of Environment, Quality and Safety, EcoPark

1.            Manage the team of EQS professionals providing direction and guidance in accordance with Company and legislative requirements.

2.            To provide a “Centre of Excellence” for waste management legislation.

3.            To oversee the implementation of the Company Safety Plan, the Safety Management System and the Environmental Management System in accordance with relevant legal, procedural and contractual requirements.

4.            Quality: To oversee the maintenance of an effective management system in accordance with relevant international standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

5.            To ensure Scientific Services are provided to cover all company operations and processes, ensuring that all relevant compliance measures are in place.

6.            To oversee Facilities Management across all Company sites.

     7.         To carry out investigations and produce reports for both internal and external circulation including regulatory agencies and stakeholders
